Bedroom, Bed in Ibis Riga Centre
A comfortable room and bed as well as friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. At first, I got a room where the air-conditioning was not working and the front desk staff tried to fix the problem several different ways, but when it wasn't possible, they gave me an upgraded room with a functioning air-conditioner. I appreciated the friendly help and also the quick and problem-free resolution of the problem. The location of the Ibis is ideal for travelers traveling on by train or bus the next day, as it's right across the street from the station complex and the Origo mall.

Uldis

The hotel is located centrally and easy to find (just 8 minutes walk from the airport bus station). The main train station as well as the regional bus station is a few meters away. A big supermarket, shopping center and the grocery market are also right in front of the hotel. Old town and the river can be reached by foot within 10-15 minutes. The room is very spacious, clean, with AC and tv. The bed and the pillows are VERY comfortable. The staff is also very polite and friendly.

Parisa

Great location, for a decent price. Ibis as always provides quality service for a reasonable price. The room was clean, the beds were comfy and breakfast also quite decent. The location is as best as possible, right in the centre of Riga, very close to train and bus stations and a walking distance to Oldtown, as well as the Art Nouvou area. As for a 3 star accomodation, Ibis hotels always seem to be reliable and consitent with quality, so it was this time as well.

Balys

The room was quite spacious and had a lovely big window and plenty of space for our suitcases to lie out. The breakfast had a nice variety, though very European, and the staff were lovely and friendly. The location couldn't have been better really - right across the road from a supermarket and shopping centre, McDonalds on the corner, and only a few minutes easy walk into the town for all the restaurants and shops etc. It was ideal for our purposes.

Rachael

Staff and management is very kind, sorted out all our requests. Thank you! Cozy and quiet room (although floor boards made a little noise). Central location, very close to train station, bus station, large supermarket, and old town. Great breakfast (much more variety than anticipated), real coffee! Breakfast area might be crowded some days, but not during our stay. Clean.
